Toyota Tacoma 2021


Toyota Tacoma sees the addition of a new Nightshade and Trail Edition packages, which add trim-specific wheels, body molding, and other performance parts for 2021. Tacoma is a midsize pickup truck that seats 5 passengers. Competitors include the Honda Ridgeline, Chevrolet Colorado, GMC Canyon, and Ford Ranger. Rear-wheel-drive is standard with four-wheel-drive being optional. Two cab sizes are offered: Double Cab and Access Cab. There are six trim levels available: SR, SR5, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, Limited and TRD Pro. Two engines offered: A 2.7-liter 4-cylinder that produces 159 horsepower and a 3.5-liter V6 that produces 278 horsepower. The 4-cylinder is available with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission, while the V6 is available with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic. Maximum towing capacity is rated at 6,400 pounds.

Regarding the exterior design, Toyota Tacoma will not change much. The current generation has been around since 2015, but a number of updates have been introduced recently. In terms of style, there are some new details on the front, especially regarding the new network. On the other hand, mechanical upgrades include the suspension disc, especially off-road, and TRD models, which get new shocks and various other parts. Available driver-assist technology includes Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, frontal collision warning, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high-beam headlights.
