Mercedes Benz eVito 2021

The German luxury car manufacturer has begun to convert existing Vito models into electric vehicles. eVito draws attention with zero emission expenditure. It has advantages such as traveling a distance of 421 kilometers with its high torque electric motor and full battery. In the standard Vito model, a four-cylinder diesel engine from the OM 654 engine group, which is stated to be efficient and powerful, was preferred. While the electric engine of the 2020 eVito produces 204 horsepower, the diesel engine in the standard version can go up to 236 horsepower.

Both models will have Airmatic air suspensions that we are familiar with from sporty Mercedes vehicles. In addition to MB’s Distronic system, advanced measures such as active brake assist will ensure the safety of the driver and passengers. Apart from that, the rear view camera has been improved and a new generation in-car entertainment system has taken its place in the models. It is possible to charge eVito at home sockets or public charging stations. According to Mercedes’ statement, the vehicle can be charged from 10 percent to 80 percent in fast charging stations for 45 minutes.
