Following the new generation Cupra Leon, introduced with two engines and three different power levels, the model’s racing options also emerged. The first one has a familiar engine, but the second one is electric. The duo, with the expected improvements in the exterior design, features extended fenders, additional air intakes and exits, lightened wheels, splitter and large spoilers.

Cupra Leon Competicion, equipped with a 2-liter, turbocharged gasoline engine, can produce 340 horsepower and 410 Nm of torque. The car with a 6-speed sequential gearbox can reach from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.5 seconds, while its maximum speed is announced as 260 km / h. The Competicion incorporates front MacPherson struts with adjustable height, camber, toe, caster, Ackermann and track, while the rear Multilink setup allows for changes to the height, camber, toe and track. Front and rear rollbars can be adjusted.
