The new 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost is powered by a 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 unit. The engine, which produces 563 horsepower, produces a maximum torque of 850 Nm. Thanks to a feature in the air intake system in the vehicle, unwanted engine noise is prevented from entering the cabin. The new Ghost has a four-wheel-drive system and an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission. The “Satellite supported transmission” system, which allows the transmission to select the most appropriate gear under certain conditions using GPS data, and the four-wheel steering system are among the features of the new Ghost.
Rolls-Royce has improved the self-closing door system one step further. In this way, it is enough for those in the vehicle to pull the inside door handle once to get out. After this process, a motor is activated and allows the door to open automatically. When the door is opened sufficiently, the brake is activated when the person in the vehicle pushes the handle into place and keeps the door stable. It is enough to touch the button on the outer handle to automatically close the door after getting out of the car.
The vehicle also has features such as image assistant that detects wild animals day or night, self-parking, collision warning, cross-traffic warning, adaptive cruise control, and a panoramic view system with four cameras.
