2021 Mazda MX-30

The production of Mazda MX-30, the first fully electric model of Mazda, started in Japan. Developed specifically for the European market, the Mazda MX-30 is produced at the company’s Ujina factory in Hiroshima. The electric Mazda MX-30 has a system called e-Skyactiv. This system has an electric motor producing 107 kW (145 horsepower) and a battery of 35.5 kWh. The battery allows the vehicle to travel 200 kilometers on a single charge. The battery of the Mazda MX-30 can reach 80% filling in about 40 minutes with DC fast charging. The company has also officially confirmed that they are considering adding a small rotary engine to increase the range later.
