2021 Ferrari SF90 Spider

The 2021 Ferrari SF90 Spider has a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine and 3 electric motors. This engine system produces a total of 1000 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque. It is also stated that the vehicle’s 0-100 km/h acceleration value is 2.5 seconds and the maximum speed value is 340 kph/211 mph. The performance difference between the SF90 Spider and the SF90 Stradale is only visible at 0-200 km/h acceleration. While the coupe version can achieve this acceleration in 6.7 seconds, the convertible version can perform in 7.0 seconds.

The SF90 Spider has an electrically controlled hardtop (metal) ceiling. This roof mechanism only takes up an area of 100 liters. As a result of the intensive use of aluminum by the Maranello team, the weight of this ceiling could be kept at only 40 kg. It is also stated that the opening time and the closing time of the roof are 14 seconds each. The 2021 Ferrari SF90 Spider has a total weight of 1,670 kilograms with the effect of this roof. This weight of the vehicle is only 100 kg more than the coupe version.
