Making its debut at the Chengdu Motorshow in China, the baby Maserati has been given a visual refresh as the new Ghibli GranLusso. Maserati have enjoyed good sales with since the introduction of the Ghibli in 2014, and now the GranLusso edition signifies a setup in technology for the brand. Autonomous driving modes will be available for the new Ghibli, shooting Maserati up the food chain as a relatively early adopter of such technology. No details have been released yet on how this system will function.

The most obvious changes come in the form of the visual type, with a redesigned front bumper, grille and rear bumper, all contributing to a substantial improvement in aerodynamic efficiency. Other changes include the addition of adaptive full LED headlights with glare free matrix high-beam, helping illumination of the road and providing a distinctive look.
